Chief Guest: Rtn. AKS B. Dhanasekar, District Governor, RI District 3203. Guests of Honour: Rtn. AKS A. S. Sivabalan, District Governor Nominee Designate 2028-29, and Rtn.AKS Er.Gnanasekaran, District Endowment Chair 3203. During the ceremony, Rtn. Mohammed Haneef was installed as Charter President, Rtn.
