02.06.2026 Board of Directors Meeting The Board of Directors Meeting of the Rotary Club of Mettupalayam was held on 02.06.2026 under the chairmanship of the President Rtn.Santhamoorthy. President-Elect Rtn. Sanjay Shankla requested the Boards approval to increase the Annual Subscription Fee, citing the rise in the US Dollar exchange rate and the consequent increase in Rotary International dues. After discussion, the Board unanimously approved the proposal. The Board resolved that the Incoming President shall submit an annual budget for each Rotary year. The Board further decided that new financial guidelines should be implemented to ensure effective control and monitoring of funds allocated for projects and contributions. The Board also considered the proposal to grant Honorary Rotarian Membership to Rtn. AKS. Pushpa Arumugam. The proposal was unanimously approved by the Board.
