10.09.2025 8th Project HEAL Camp of the Rotary Year 2025-26. Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening. An Initiative of Rotary Club of Mettupalayam and Rotary District 3203, Global Grant GG 2094977. The camp was held at Velavan Matriculation School campus,Tirupur.Beneficiaries were Parents and Staff of Velavan Matriculation School, Tirupur. PDG.Rtn.Elangkumaran was thr Chief Guest and Inaugurated the Camp. The camp was coordinated by District Coordinator 2024-25 Rtn.Anand Ram. The camp was organized by the Rotary Club of Tirupur South. From Rotary Club of Tirupur South, President, Secretary, Treasurer and members attended the camp.Velavan Matriculation School, Tirupur.Team also attended the Camp. A 4 member medical team from KMCH hospital did the Screening and Testing. During the camp, Mammogram done for 19 PAP Smear done for 30 women. Screening Procedures worth Rs.1.5 Lacs done to the Beneficiaries.
