19.11.2025 18th Project HEAL of the Rotary Year 2025-26 Event: Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening.Initiative of: Rotary Club of Mettupalayam and Rotary District 3203.Global Grant: GG 2094977 Rotary Club of Mettupalayam in collaboration with the KMCH , organized a Mammogram and Pap-smear screening camp for the employees of Emerald Jewel Industries India Limited at their Rakkipalayam Pirivu Division, Coimbatore. Thanks to the efforts of Mr. Vedha Rajan (AGM HR Operations) and Ms. Meghala, comprehensive arrangements were made to conduct the screening efficiently and professionally. From Rotary Mettupalayam President Rtn.Santhamoorthy, Secretary Rtn.Vijai Vikkash and Project Heal Trust Secretary Rtn.Dr.Vijayagiri attended the Camp. A four-member medical team from KMCH Hospital, Coimbatore conducted the screening and testing. Mammogram beneficiaries: 25 Pap-smear beneficiaries: 57 Screening procedures worth Rs. 215000 were provided to the beneficiaries.
