03.12.2025 20th Project HEAL of the Rotary Year 2025-26 Event: Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening.Initiative of: Rotary Club of Mettupalayam.Global Grant: GG 2094977 Rotary Club of Tirupur Metal Town, in association with IMA, Tirupur, and Sowmiya Hospital, Perumanallur, organized a Mammogram and Pap-smear screening camp for the general public at Sowmiya Hospital, Perumanallur. From the Indian Medical Association, Tirupur, President Dr. Premalatha, Secretary Dr. Thangaraj, and Finance Secretary Dr. Kavithalakshmi attended the camp. From the Rotary Club of Tirupur Metal Town, President Rtn. Boopathy, Secretary Rtn. Shanmugasundaram, Treasurer Rtn. Veluswamy, and other members attended. The camp was coordinated by Rtn. Anand Ram, Regional Project Chair for Project HEAL. A four-member medical team from KMCH Hospital, Coimbatore, conducted the screening and testing.
