10.12.2025 22nd Project HEAL Camp of the Rotary Year 2025-26 Event: Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening.Initiative of: Rotary Club of Mettupalayam and Rotary District 3203.Global Grant: GG 2094977 Rotary Club of Karamadai hosted a Mammogram and Pap-smear Camp at Karamadai Municipality office, for the Sanitary workers of Karamadai Municipality. The camp was inaugurated by the Chief Guests, Ms.Usha, Karamadai Municipality Chairman and Municipal Commissioner Ms.Madhumathi. From Rotary Karamadai Rtn AKS.Gnanasekaran, Regional Coordinator Rtn Sivasathish kumar, Rtn.Mahesh, Rtn Dr.Sowmiya Vadana, Rtn.Satheesh, Rtn.Dinakaran, Rtn Senthil Kumar, Rtn Deepak, Rtn Sekar, Rtn Roger and Ward Counsellors of Karamadai Municipality attended this camp. A four-member medical team from KMCH Hospital, Coimbatore conducted the screening and testing. Key Achievements: Mammogram beneficiaries: 27 Pap-smear beneficiaries: 19 Screening procedures worth Rs. 175000 were provided to the beneficiaries.
