08.01.2026 Multi speciality Medical Camp Remembering Late Rtn. Dr. N. S. Hariharan. It was a day to remember at SGK Hospital, Mettupalayam, where compassion met care on the death anniversary of the beloved Founder of SGK Hospital and Past President of the Rotary Club Mettupalayam, Late Rtn.Dr.N.S.Hariharan. He lived by the words: Service to the poor is service to God.To honor his inspiring legacy, organized a medical camp for the needy, inaugurated by the well-known philanthropist Rtn. AKS. NSV. Arumugam of Rotary Mettupalayam. The spirit of service filled the air as over 300 patients received free medical evaluation and treatment. The camp included a wide range of the following free investigations:Blood sugar and blood pressure screening ECG Echocardiogram Liver fibroscan Eye check-up Diabetic foot assessment Bone density Lung function tests. The total value of free investigations and medicines exceeded Rs. 15,00,000.
