13.01.2026 28th Meeting of Rotary Year 2025 -26 - Condolence/Memorial Meeting President collaring by Sr Sgt-at-Arms Rtn.Mahesh Chandar.Club Prayer and the Four-Way Test by Rtn.Sudarasan. A moment of silence was observed in memory of the late Rtn.Dr.Rangarajan, former member of the Rotary Club of Mettupalayam. President then shared a brief biography of the late Rtn.K.G.Ananthakrishnan, highlighting his dedicated service and significant contributions to the club and community. Heartfelt tributes were paid by the Rotarians and Metro school Team. The Condolence Letter, read by President Rtn.Santhamoorthy, was formally handed over to Rtn. Suresh Ananthakrishnan (son of the late Rtn. K.G. Ananthakrishnan). In his acceptance speech, Rtn.Suresh expressed his gratitude to the club for their support and the respect shown to his father. The meeting was adjourned and concluded with the singing of the National Anthem.
